29May2025 10pm
We had 181 adult members of Ballincollig GAA apply for Munster Final tickets, and we had a total of 8 stand and 80 terrace tickets available.
As we were oversubscribed, members were restricted to a maximum of two tickets.

Members were allocated an entry number based on the order they completed the ticket request form. The names of each member was hidden and a random number generator was used by another officer to pick successful entries.   We were able to allocate tickets to 46 members.  Once all tickets had been allocated, additional entries were drawn to create a reserve list of 20 stand and 36 terrace.
Emails have been sent to successful members, and to those on the reserve list.

We are obviously very disappointed that we can’t get tickets for every member who would like them.  And we will be following up with Cork GAA regarding the process they use to allocate tickets as it does not take into account the number of members or the number of teams a club has. We believe this is unfair for larger clubs like ourselves.

For those that we could not provide a ticket to this time, we hope that you may still be able to get one through other sources.

Any queries, please email secretary.ballincollig.cork@gaa.ie

28May2025
The below form will be closing at 6pm tomorrow.  if you intend to request tickets please do so by then.

We have received details this evening regarding how many tickets Cork GAA will provide us.  Unfortunately it is not even close to meeting member requests.

We will receive from Cork GAA the following:
Stand: 8 (eight)
Terrace: 80

We will follow up with Cork GAA expressing our disappointment.

At the moment we have 154 members requesting tickets, so the numbers above are way below our needs. Therefore we will need to restrict members to a maximum of two tickets

A draw will be completed to distribute tickets later in the week.

Cork GAA have stated that if they receive extra tickets these will be allocated next week, so a reserve list will also be drawn.

Tickets were allocated to each club per the below. The number of members or number of teams is not considered.
