My friends Anne & Conor Horgan had a beautiful son who tragically died from a brain tumour just after his 8th birthday. His Dad has written a book about their journey and we are delighted to be involved with the book launch on 21st May in Ballincollig GAA Club.

Conor & Anne have started a charity in Michaels name to help other terminally ill children. The charity's aim is to grant sport related wishes to some of these children (e.g. attend an All Ireland GAA final or meet their golf hero (as Michael did before he passed) or get a signed jersey from their favourite Liverpool player etc etc  )

The book launch is at 7pm. There will be refreshments supplied while Conor tells his story. You can buy a book, make a donation or simply listen (maybe you can get involved in some way with the charity if you have spare time or contacts who may be able to help at a later stage) ?

PLEASE support MICHAELS FAN CLUB by coming along on Thursday 21st May @ 7pm (details attached). If you can't attend and wish to buy the book, you may do so through the gymnastics club. The cost of the book is €20.
